4. Click on the middle top of your userbar and holding down your mouse making sure the black line is perfectly straight so you get this.5. Now select your elliptical marquee tool.

6. Make selectiom like on picture.
7. Now select your paint bucket tool

Then we will create new layer. Go to LAYER, NEW LAYER

8. Fill selected area in white.

9. Now go back to LAYER, LAYER STYLE, BLENDING OPITONS and set OPACITY to 50 %.

10. Your userbar should look like this

11. Now we will add some logo. I will use some piece from this picture

12. When you crop and add some text and picture to userbar, just make sure that you bring front layer1 (first layer you made).

You should get something like this.
