| How to Make a Bright Starry Sky |
1. First choose a dark blue to fill the background which will be the sky.
2. Select the Burn Tool and choose the leaf brush, then set the exposure to 15-20%. Burn the background leaving some lighter areas.
3. Switch to Dodge Tool selecting the leaf brush again, set the exposure to 20%, and go over the lighter areas. Then create a new layer, and with a soft round brush (sizes varying between 3 and 7 pixels) start drawing the stars.
4. Create another layer. Set the brush size around 30 pixels and the opacity to 25-30%. Color over a few stars to make them glow and you’re done.
